The Kannada flick Neelakanta, produced by M.K. Balamuthiah and directed by Om Saiprakash with Ravichandran and Namitha in key roles, is all set to be dubbed into Tamil.

Neelakanta, which was a romantic film with sufficient dosage of sentiments, and which also had Sridevika, Lamboo Nagesh, Sujatha, Umashri, Seetha, Vijayakashi, Sankesh Kashi, Sadhu Kokila etc in the cast, was received well too.

To cash in on Namitha's popularity at the box office in Tamil Nadu especially in the B and C centres, Neelakanta is all set to become Brahmanandam, which will be the Tamil version's title. It's to be remembered that it's after a long gap of time that a Kannada film is being dubbed into Tamil.
