acting, Young Frankenstein has aged amazingly well.....Dialog is clear, John Morris' thematically appropriate score is well presented....much better than the SD scenes but is a bit clearer.....there are many memorable lines and performances that have been engrained in our cultural memory.....Partly due to parodying a genre that was already decades old but mainly because of solid comedic writing.... ... This may be the perfect parody picture.....It is rare that a film can parody a classic picture....I may enjoy "Blazing Saddles" just a hair more than "Young Frankenstein....The film looks quite dated with the style of photography chosen by Brooks.....this is still among my favorite comedies..... ...
