Love, Passion, Deception, Murder : ‘Wafaa’ the new movie which stars Bollywood Super Star Rajesh Khanna and bollywood actress Saana. It’s a low budget movie with a steamy story line to keep the viewers interested. The movie promo shows all different types of shades steamy beach scene, bed room scenes, Romantic songs and finally suggestive dialogues. The movie will sure have sexual tone in the dialogues which can be seen from the videos, Super Star Rajesh khanna's decision to choose this movie to make a comeback. The actress in the movie is dressed too much, too shoddy in certain scenes and too less and too provocative in many scenes. The movie is directed by Rajesh Sawant. Rakesh Sawant, has in the past made skin flicks like ‘Hot Money’. Even the Censor board has cleared ‘Wafaa’ with an 'A' certificate. Sudesh Berry as Harry: A senior Officer in Thailand. Shanti is released from jail, as there is no evidence to hold her, and starts her search for Shyam. She soon finds out that Shyam has married again, and is living with his mom and dad. She goes to see a lawyer, Saraswati, who agrees to represent her, and get Shyam to admit that he is married to her. When confronted with a legal notice, Shyam denies ever knowing, leave alone marrying a woman named Shanti. Saraswati gets herself involved in obtaining proof of this marriage, and the matter is taken to court. It is there that Shanti finds out who Shyam's second wife is. Super Star Rajesh Khanna gets cozy with young Saara: He is seen doing lovemaking scenes with a young actress in this movie. In this movie the sexagenarian actor playing a role of a millionaire who gets married to a sex-starved airhostess. The girl, however, marries him not for love but for his money. Soon she is sleeping around with another man of her age. The role is played by siren Saara Khan. Though other senior actors might squirm at the thought of romancing a girl that’s just 20 years old, Super Star Rajesh Khanna had no such compunction. According to him, the lovemaking scenes with the young actress are justified because they are demanded by the film’s script. Super Star Rajesh Khanna says ‘Wafaa’ is not a sex flick but a “mature love story with strange twists”. Meanwhile, Super Star Rajesh Khanna is taking more and more acting assignments. He is learnt to have signed as many as eight movies. Super Star Rajesh Khanna as usual his acting very very superb. Movie Title: WAFAA - 2008 Banner: True Life Production. Language: Hindi.. Shooting: China, Producer: Rajesh Agarwal, K K Agarwal, Director: Rakesh Sawant. Star Cast: Super Star Rajesh Khanna, Sudesh Berry. Story: Salim Raza. Audio on: Red & Yellow music. Singers: Kalpana, Sanu, Pronali Chaliha, Mika Singh, Akruti Kakkar, Udit, Kailash, Aftab Hashmi Sabri, Hashim Sabri, Sunidhi, Rahul Vaidya, Cinematography: Yusuf Khan. Ratings: 7/10. WAFAA - Media mislead After going through the long interview of Kaka on 20.12.2008, it seems that media is highlighting some bold scenes of Wafa in an exaggarated manner. There are other factors as well in this film, such as performance of Kaka, his most dynamic and perfect characterization as Multimillionaire of Thailand and he looks really most handsome and glamorous in the role, especially in the song of Tere Bagair... . But strange the media only creating nonsense about some bed scenes and kissing scenes. First of all we should look after that upto what extent these scenes are present in the main film. As per Kaka versions it has given a U certificate. So if this is true, then there is no question of controversial scenes. Super Star Rajesh Khanna - The Cary Grant of India. Rajesh Khanna irrevocably impacted Indian cinema and culture like no actor before him. His acting perfection and application of talent were drawn solely from his inward vision. Khanna did not cultivate the phenomenal attributes that created his "superstardom" by reason or will, but through the connectedness to his own persona that the masses then idealized. For he is one who is impervious as to who is ahead and who is behind. Khanna’s inward vision, a special gift from the divine leads him always. Today he is the indomitable and highly respected veteran of one hindred and fifty films. For me, he is like the Cary Grant of India. Both actors are Capricorns that have played the widest variety of roles without ever bankrupting the fascination of the audience. Khanna is the platinum standard for landmark performances and sheer screen presence. Ever since the camera discovered his photogenia it has been having a love affair with it. His Byronic inspirations of romance as autographed elegantly on screen endure. Rajesh Khanna is a lovemark because he kindles our affections at the highest denominators and that is a life nobly lived means.
dushyant Bogus movie - what was Rajesh Khanna thinking

This has to be a candidate for the worst movie of the year. With really trashy acting and a flaky plot, you wonder what the erstwhile superstar was doing signing up for this movie. Khanna's acting in this movie is discombublated and makes him seem like a novice instead of a veteran of 100+ movies. Add to that the other characters and the horrible story, we have got a stinker of a movie. After a series of great memorable hits that are remembered to this date, its unfortunate that such a terrible movie should be added to Rajesh Khanna's legacy.
srah2 Doesnt quite have it

The movie did quite live up to all the hype surrounding it. The movie was expected to be truly seductive and dazzling with love and action scenes. Essentially, it was to be truly amazing. However, I felt that the movie did not live up to all that it was supposed to be. Some of the scenes were ill directed and could have been shoot not only from better angles but could have also used better acting. In addition, some parts were a little slow. The only truly positive thing to say about this movie was that the background music was appropriate and interesting.
