This movie is dark and not a great flick but good action and philosophical outlook makes this a great sleeper.I enjoyed the flick and recommend it for those with a slightly twisted outlook and enjoy a dirty cop movie.... Full review

Yes, this movie is good because of the bad things.....Classy.With the voice over narration and some stretched out scenes of dialog it almost feels like they took the flimsy dirty cop plot....actor Mark Boone Junior, a character actor seen in many a dramatic  action movie.The story for this direct to DVD movie involves a cop.... ...
