The best thing about high-quality Imax movies such as Under the Sea 3D is that they take us to the world's most beautiful and fragile places so we won't wreck them.
Narration is delivered by funnyman Jim Carrey, who regrettably plays it straight, although I suppose the message would have been overshadowed by smart-aleck comments.

The film offers one of the best and most organic uses of new, more advanced 3-D technology.
The film closes with an unfortunately cutesy rendition "Octopus' Garden," but even the schmaltzy version of The Beatles standard can't take too much away from this fascinating film.
