Amar is always causing havoc in the town when catching the goons so kushal(Anupam) transfers him. During this time Raja(Saif) is a thief AKA King, he steals valuables off rich ppl and uses it the poor. When amar goes after raja, raja beats him up and gets rid of him. Raja then takes his place in the transfer to the other police station, there he meets an akki lookalike, guddu. He is dumb, a man with a child personality. Raja finds out that the town is is scared the thug(amrish), they rinse the town of their food and beat them up if they disobey. Raja falls in love with rani, when thakur's men come guddu beats them up and raja knows this is insp. varma posing as guddu. So raja runs, but amar gets him. They then plan to bring down thakur. They takeover his palace and beat up his army. Saif kills him in the end so he can lower his sentence as he is a thief.
