Great dark humor! Good acting. Well paced, with many surprises, twists and turns. Andy Garcia makes a good performance as a "real gangster" from back East who is trying to escape the life, but is pulled back in for one "action"... Full review

Christopher Walken takes the opportunity to play another of the creeps for which he is now famous.
Jimmy - the smoothest, smartest, most ethical gangster you've ever seen - puts together a team of losers (played by Christopher Lloyd, William Forsythe, Bill Nunn and Treat Williams - whose character likes to use corpses as punching bags) to pull off the "action," and, big surprise, it goes wrong.
