In fact, the main issue facing Fallon won't be any of the most predictable ones - learning to host, to interview, to create ongoing skits that are a hit with viewers - but to sublimate his ego.
Worse, accepting a job as a talk show host is essentially admitting that you're no longer a successful actor.
