yet the film undoubtedly remains a brilliant gem of Hollywood Technicolor history even after 70 years.....the first time a feature-length dramatic film has been mastered at 8K!....If you love vintage film and you've been thinking of going Blu (but have just been waiting for a good reason).......Whichever version you choose, Warner's Wizard of Oz on Blu-ray is highly recommended.....The 5.1 mix is good and appropriate to the film's vintage.... ...
