This film when you think about it isn't very good (sorry Shona) the plot is daft (not as daft as Austin Powers) and the acting is very poor and over acted like Bette Davis so it seems like a panto on the TV. The songs however are very good they're catchy and memorable and brighten the film up even more. A good kiddies film because it's bright and loveable.
Wow! Amazing

For the "Wizard of Oz," she has drawn on some of the best area talent of all ages. Just as the role of Dorothy in the original 1939 film version of "The Wizard of Oz" proved to be the coming of age for Judy Garland, it could be the breakthrough for Mokena's own Samantha "Sam" Kuebler, who also is 16 years old. ... But the film's greatest pleasure is watching the girls' creativity and joy emerge.
