Although The Ring Two wasn't as big as people expected it was still a very good movie
One of the best aspects TR2 has is the way the story unfolds every good thriller has a story that unfolds nice and slowly.

I didn't see 'Ring 2', the Japanese version, but this new 'Ring' seems to owe a lot to Nakata's best film, 'Dark Water', because a great deal of the action involves water and everyone gets pretty soggy before the end.
