i cant blame the director, the movie is somehow good, but u cant compare it to a 500-pages novel!! and this problem pops up as some directors try to film a great novel as the rainmaker!... Full review

This is a great film for, well almost anyone, that is who can handle sad deaths, and a very brutal beating. Damons, Danes, Devito, and Voight. All give very strong performances. Well done, oscar worthy.... Full review
