THE HOTTIE AND THE NOTTIE has a fairly interesting premise; sadly, it doesn't hold up.
What is odious about the movie is how it gleefully "uglifies" the "nottie.

Slap us silly from the start - a start extremely broad, garnering laugh one-of-two before surrendering to the horrible 'comedy' music you hear, making you know you're supposed to think this is madcap

The comedy is routine and the outcome is obvious but somehow the film grows gradually and unexpectedly less annoying; now instead of ranking as an unforgettable turkey, it's merely forgettable.
Johann Urb plays the uninspired villain, a male model/dentist who fixes June's face, but with an ulterior motive.

taking easy potshots at albinos and dwarves, this is a humongously dishonest film.....Mean-spirited nonsense that casts the jail-dodging convicted drunk driver as a pouting mother Teresa, The Hottie & the Nottie confirms.... ... Full Review

Lets face it, no one is expecting a film starring Paris Hilton to be good, and The Hottie and the Nottie is definitely not hot.
While The Hottie and the Nottie may indeed reset the bar for cinematic awfulness and certainly has Razzies in the bag for Worst Actress, Title, Film, and Premise, sometimes a film is so bad its good.
