Okay, the original is far better than the 2006 remake! For starters, overall the acting is much better, the monsters are more realistic, it's just as scary without all of the gore, the blondie girl makes a much better scream queen... Full review

The film is fairly violent (it is an exploitation film, after all) yet theres not a lot of gore to be found. Theres very little in the way of bright, vibrant color to be found in The Hills Have Eyes which really adds to the dry, dusty atmosphere. ... Full Review
