...Well according to Hollywood anyway, since "The Ghost and the Darkness" actually takes lots of liberties with its story, about the two man-eating lions of Tsavo. Quite odd since it presses in the beginning that everything you're about to see... Full review

Although I found this movie really boring. At some parts I almost fell asleep. The ending was probably the only good part. The actual truth is that each lion got shot at the most ten times, but in the movie only... Full review

The killer lion is pretty scary in an authentic way. That's why this movie is worth a look- it delivers a few scares from a beast that exists in real life, not some cheesy CGI monster like "Sabertooth" or "Frankenfish".... Full review

The acting and effects were great, as was the story. It's 1896 and two men (Douglas, Kilmer) set out to kill two man-eating lions. Based on a true stiory. The lions are larger than others and mutated to hunt together. If... Full review
