Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys is a pretty good coming of age film, with 4 Catholic schoolboys that are devoted to comics & mischief composing their very own "comic book", The Atomic Trinity. Of course, there are 4 of them... Full review
"Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys" is very similar to "Stand By Me," with the nice addition of a non-stereotyped girl and a stereotyped nun (played by producer Jodie Foster) in the mix. Young love is shown the sweetest I've seen... Full review

The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys" is rated R for occasional use of strong sex-related profanity, violence (a school scuffle, as well as violence involving animals), crude sexual humor and references, drug use (marijuana), brief gore, a brief and discreet sex scene and glimpses of nude and sexually ex ...
