Will (Matt Damon) and his brother Jacob (Heath Ledger) are the famous Brothers Grimm, who make a living ridding the countryside of monsters and demons.
Ultimately, the film gets bogged down in its own adventurous aspirations, although it looks a treat with splendid production design and fantastic effects.

The only problem is that this gets old fast
The only problem is that the movie isn't very good.
The blacks were weak too.

The Brothers Grimm is a nearly unwatchable mess, and easily Terry Gilliam's worst film to date.
The story is tedious, unfunny, and drags on way too long.
The action scenes are confusingly shot and edited.
