this movie was worth spending 13.50. it was exactly what i expected. if you dont know anything about black history or our culture you might not get it but if u watch it carefully u might make sure u check it... Full review

This movie is a lot better than I thought. The dancing was great, acting was great, and the story/plot was pretty much Drumline except with stepping. Definitely worth watching, though.... Full review

The opening scene was the highlight of the film for my daughter....the imagery gives the illusion of chaos.....it featured her favorite singer and dancer, Chris Brown .....Both Brown and Short play believeable characters enthralled in a very real conflict for young black men.....The flashback sequences in this film gave excellent insight into the inner struggle DJ faced with his guilt about his brother's killing..... ...
