pretty much sums up Staying Alive as well.....A very funny French track is also available as are English and Spanish subtitles.....The basic plot is nothing special.....The music may be the most rewarding thing in the film.....is in providing ample proof of the musical talent of the director's brother, the inimitable Frank Stallone..... ... The movie has an extremely simple plot.....is the first bad movie he's made.....That could have been the first shot of a great movie.....Staying Alive" is a big disappointment.....Like " Flashdance ," it isn't really a movie at all, but an endless series of musical interludes between dramatic scenes that aren't there..... ...
