In "Stalin", megastar Cheeranjeevi plays the role of a major general, a soldier bent on serving his country to rid some of the social evils.
The movie is directed by A. Murugadoss who had directed the blockbuster 'Ghazni' earlier. Reigning queen of Tamil and Telugu cinema, Trisha plays as the leading lady. Music is by Mani Sharma.
A Cheeranjeevi movie release is nothing short of a festival in Andhra Pradesh. With crores of money involved and audio release done in a grand manner, the latest Cheeru flick, "Stalin" is creating unprecedented interest among the public.
