Besides, it's hard to like any movie....However, even an entire army of Jackie Chans couldn't make this lame martial-arts comedy watchable.....It's filled with dumb jokes, unfunny shtick and long boring stretches between the film's only real highlights, the fight scenes.....Admittedly, the story has promise, and the action sequences (particularly those in the final third) are exciting.....And frankly, there are not nearly enough of them to justify seeing the movie..... ... Whether this takes away from enjoyment of the picture is up to the individual, but it never helps.....That doesn't render Twin Dragons worthless....Twin Dragons was successfully preempted by Jean-Claude Van Damme and his Double Impact , which, incidentally, was the only Claude movie I really liked.....the enjoyably hokey screenplay, this is a rather poorly made, low-budget film.....The climax and ending are a mess, but some individual parts are quite funny.... ...
