This was one of the best movies that I have seen J.Lo in. I think that this movie was right up her alley with the dancing. I would highly reccomend this movie very much along with the soundtrack of the movie.... Full review

And Lopez looks sensational as she pouts, arches her back and submits to the rhythms of dance. There's plenty of life in the Studio: Lisa Ann Walter's brash, buxom blonde Bobbie is a scene stealer, and Stanley Tucci's Link, the closet dancer who dons white false teeth and a Fabio-style wig, is a riot. ... Extremely emotional plots that could offer some excellent character development (considering the characters are very likeable) are shied away from in order to keep the tone of the film light. Sarandon, naturally, is brilliant when given screen time, handles all emotions perfectly, and delivers the best metaphorical speech about relationships that can be applied to every individual, straight or gay. ... What laughs there are, though, are of the unintentional variety, particularly when Lopez reveals her fervent wish to strut her stuff at the global mecca of ballroom dancing.
