Sarfarosh

A wealthy family in India, called the Singh family, run a store where they sell clothes. The name of the son of this family is Ajay. One day Ajay goes to listen to a famous musician, Gulfam, and when he is there, he sees Seema and falls in love with her. She also falls in love with him. They meet each other families and soon get married. After the marriage, Seema comes to know that Ajay is leading a secret double life. When she questions him, it is then that she finds out that Ajay is a senior ranking policeman, who is on the lookout for terrorists and that his love and marriage to her may have just been part of the undercover operation. So does Ajay really love Seema? and what will Seema do now?

Sarfarosh (Hindi: सरफ़रोश, Urdu: سرفروش, translation: "Martyr") was a critically and commercially successful Bollywood action film, released in 1999. It was directed by John Matthew Matthan and starred Aamir Khan and Naseeruddin Shah. The film dealt with an Indian police officer's fight to stop cross-border terrorism. The film was released at the time of the Kargil conflict when tensions between India and Pakistan were high.
