Not even Pegg's fake gut looks authentic. Most disappointing is how Schwimmer - who spent 10 seasons on a sitcom filled with hyperverbal characters - manages to bumble "Fatboy's" tender moments. ... Full Review

This dose of 21st century feminism is a nice change, especially when you consider the creative force behind the movie. Written by Pegg and Michael Ian Black (noted more for acting and a not-so-subtle sense of humor) and directed by former "Friends" star David Schwimmer (who is making his feature debut), these are not guys known for being terribly sensitive. ... Without them, this would probably be a terrible film. While I'll admit that Run Fatboy Run has it's moments and a fair share of big laughs, it's not recommendable due to the fact that there are more cliches than you can shake a stick at. ... Full Review

David Schwimmer, who spent nine years deftly playing Ross on Friends seems to be trying to make a sitcom episode out of this overlong over-conventional under-funny romantic comedy. ... Full Article

Although I did enjoy the incongruity of the characters, this well-intentioned low brow co-production does not quite make it to the finish line. Finishing what you set out to do is what the film is about and David Schwimmer, who... ... Full Article

When Elizabeth (Norah Jones) learns from local diner owner Jeremy (Jude Law) that her boyfriend is cheating on her, she does the predictable; she gets angry, wallows in self-pity and leaves New York to embark on a bus trip to... ... Full Article

Hey everyone, CinemaScope in Chicago here, talking to David Schwimmer about directing his new comedy Run, Fat Boy, Run which comes out in theatres March 28. ... Full Article

Run Fatboy Run is middling Simon Peggi fare , nothing remotely as funny as Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz.David Schwimmer's direction is somewhat lackluster when Pegg requires a bit more gonzo approach. ... Full Article
