But things hot up when Rambo takes a bunch of ultra nasty mercenaries (Graham McTavish is terrific) up the river to find the kidnapped missionaries and do the right thing.

While this is, by far, the most violent of the four Rambo movies so far, it is also the smartest.
The "Rambo" DVD is chock-full of extras, including several features about the making of the film and one about how many weapons had to be brought into Thailand to stage the massive and elaborate fight scenes.

I can recall the other two movies (Rambo wastes the baddies that deserve it there as well) and thought this one was a welcome return by the character.

With the DVD release of Rambo on May 27th, we are going to travel back in time to the 1980s; a time where muscles were bigger than big, Austrian accents were of actors not governors, and when the best song to work out to was "Eye of the Tiger.
Struggles, whether they are emotional or physical, is what draws the audience into these stories, as this is what keeps the story moving.
