Just saw the movie. Wow was Vince Vaughn hugely miscast for the part. I love Vince in a wedding crashers type role but he has no range as an actor other than playing himself really well. This is the second Gus... Full review

I can't believe that someone would go and basically remake a classic horror movie like Psycho. The original was top notch and they use the same script in the remake as in the original (except they put in the unnecessary things... Full review

If you're like the teeny-bop hip-hopers that appear in the Special Features of course you don't have any Hitchcock reference to compare this film with. But if you're a true-blue Hitchcock fan as I am you'll be enraged with Van Sant's... Full review

Yes, it was a good movie, but so what? What is the point of shooting a movie verbatim? What was added? What was told differently? If the technicolor and the different actors are the only difference then why pay your hard... Full review

This PSYCHO is a paint-by-numbers retelling of the classic lacking the vision and the passion of the original. Though the story remains intact, something is missing – its soul. Rent the original for a good old-fashioned scare.... Full review

the 1960 film's highlight....Perhaps the great condemnation of the new film....fine color cinematography....Van Sant also falters structurally, after this point.....Worse yet, Van Sant stages an unsurprising "surprise" ending in which Norman Bates is revealed to be the murderer, dressed as his own mother..... ...
