The retelling of planet of the apes, or as most people call it remake is one of the best I ever seen yet. The retelling chronicles the story of Leo Davidson a brash U.S. Astronaut who get stranded from his home... Full review

the idea of the movie is really cool but we didn't feel the real domination of the apes and that what make it unreasonable but Tim saved the movie by his action sense and his creative image for the movie.... Full review

I don't think I like this movie. It's pretty violent, and the effects are terrible! I just don't think this is a very good movie, and I wouldn't watch it if I were you.... Full review

I didn't like this movie at all. I liked the original 1968 version better, Planet of the Apes with Charles Heston. That makes more sense and a better plot. Mark Wahlberg was great but this movie did not live up to... Full review

Andrew L. Urban Embellished strongly with Tim Burton's distinctive stamp, Planet of the Apes is an extravagant fable, replete with superb production design, extraordinary make up and imaginative effects. Highly anticipated, the film is likely to disappoint some who hoped and expected more than just a big budget special effects epic. ... Full Review

I just blow it off to this is a terrible movie. The audio in the film is also well done. It's just too bad the movie just wasn't too good. To make a long story short there was another landing of a space ship in the future that carried an ape. ... Full Review

The reboot of the franchise died in Tim Burton's worst movie of his career. There's a great story in there somewhere though. I ignore all the sequels to the original 1968 film anyway, except for 'Beneath. ... Full Review

It is a terrible, terrible movie; one of the worst films on Burton's resume. The good folks over at CHUD have an interesting story about a remake/prequel/reboot that may eventually see the light of day: It's not a sequel to the Burton film, and it's not another remake of the original. ...
