Ajay debut film, Amrish puri is a don and ajays dad, ajay doesn't like him coz of his mothers death and considers himself an orphan. Ajay woes madhoo in college and eventually marries her. They have a baby boy, which gets kidnapped by one of his dads enemies. Ajay has to forget his hatred and join forces with his dad to get the baby back. Amrish dies in the end as a father, not a don.
