Location wise, the movie has a novelty in store, exploring Bangkok and Pattaya with a fresh perspective.....Sajid Wajid's music once again fails to deliver anything exceptional after their last week project, with only one song "Jack & Jill", sounding good to the ears.....But without any real entertainment happening on the screen, you are just not interested in seeing only the good visuals.....All in all, Subhash Ghai's efforts fail again to create any magic at the box office..... ... it will only increase the hunger of the audience to watch a good movie.....Riya Sen, Celina Jaitly, Sayali Bhagat and Neha Dhupia would have been better off as mannequins than actors in this movie.....it serves as a good prelude to the big budget movies following it in the coming weeks....The last scene tries to ape the 'Mahabaharat' scene in Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron....It has its funny moments where you jump from your seat laughing.... ... WHEN WE talk about Paying Guest , our mind goes back to the delectable Dev Anand-Nutan romantic hit Paying Guest (1957).....If you can sit through two hours of bawdy jokes, clownish expressions and insipid writing, go for it by all means.....Javed and Shreyas are competent actors and good comedians too.....The entire film has been shot in Bangkok, which is turning out to be the standard location for Ghai's movies.....One hummable song, Jack and Jill , can be called the saving grace..... ...
