I like it. Good movie! Would watch it again. Didn't care so much for all the F' this, and F' that... but that's entertainment for ya! But over all I thought the movie was a good one.... Full review
Plenty of Action, but not just a Guy Film!

In my opinion, this film is one of the most underrated action films of the nineties. Although it received some fairly good reviews by the critics, it was not very well publicized considering the quality cast. I would rate it... Full review
This could have been a good plot had the screenplay wanted to delve deeply into the terrain of conflicted morals; instead of taking it for granted that we accept that the events that happen are the result of a man... Full review

'One Good Cop' is the story of a New York narcotics agent (Michael Keaton) who takes revenge on the city's most powerful drug dealer after his partner of eight years (Anthony LaPaglia) was shot and killed by some goon who... Full review
This is an excellent movie that surprised me at every turn. It felt like watching someones real life, with up and downs and real decisions. One Good Cop is an uplifting story about a good person with difficult decisions to... Full review

As usual, Michael Keaton delivers an excellent performance. Whether the scene calls for humor, pathos or action, he's your man every time. I watch his face and body language closely in every one of his films, and he is always... Full review

Acting & technical talent, inner-city location settings, and the usual bladder-bursting length of celluloid are here wasted on a plotline so old it's age exceeds the applicable cliche that 'even its grey whiskers have grey whiskers', which has been very... Full review

Artie Lewis (Michael Keaton) is a scrupulously ethical cop who believes in his work, loves his wife Rita (Rene Russo), and stands by his partner Stevie Diroma (Anthony LaPaglia). ... Full Review

In one scene, Keaton and partner Anthony LaPaglia have to negotiate with crack-deranged gunman David Barry-Gray. The ending comes as little surprise, showing even good guys bend the rules sometimes. ... Full Review

What they need is a real house, and the one Keaton finds is perfect. See, he and his better half (model-actress Rene Russo) can't have kiddies of their own, so they struggle to hang on to the girls, even though they don't have the money or, according to social services, the proper living quarters for them. ... The movie is slick and clever I don't know what the filmmakers thought, but I don't think " One Good Cop " has a happy ending. Keaton and his wife ( Rene Russo ) take the three girls in, and the wife would like to adopt them. ... Full Review
