This movie has lot of expectations as it has been developed from the past two years. The director Bala has lot of reputation, so we may expect a better movie with Aarya. The music was excellent but the lyrics are mainly based on the spirituality. The storyline is something like a bad omen child was left at kasi by his father. After 25 years how he returns and what happens for them with that bad omen is the main theme. The stunts and action fights are pretty cool and good.The film is seen to be good as it is expected.

This movie is not a normal commercial movie and can shoot up in the top movies easily. There is no non sence in the form of a duet and other super natural stuffs etc. The cast is quite attractive and the director Bala seems to have added one more hit film in his bag. Aarya has done his role to perfection. However the music director could have spent more time in reviewing. The plot is appreciable. The script writing is also good and it seems as if a film completely different has come and hopefully these kinds of films are encouraged.

This is one of the milestone in bala's direction. All his movies are taken differently. All the expectations about the movie are fulfilled by bala. The theme of the movie is about bad omen. In this, the parents leave a child all alone in kasi. and the movie is about how they meet again. This movie is almost shooted in kasi. Actor Arya has done his job in a very perfect way and can bang off many awards for his acting in this movie. The music and songs are quite well. the music director of the movie is illayaraja. The dialouge writer is Jeyamohan whose writing is very heart touching. Totally it is a different movie in kollywood history.

Naan Kadavul is a very interesting and unusual movie. A son is born into a family. This son would bring bad omen to the family , as told by astrologers. So the father leaves him in kasi. After 15 years he goes back to find his son and bring him back to his home. One inhuman man makes money showcasing physically challanged, disfigured destitutes, by forcing them to beg. One among them being the visually impaired Amsavalli, the heroine. Ilayaraja the Maestro, stands out explicitly in the background score, which is superb. Jeyamohan's dialogues are sharp and have transformed Arya into a pious Agora. Action sequences especially during climax are signatured touches of Bala. Overall, really good and strong movie.
