One of the reviewers in this section said that Mystic River had a cast of "A-list Hollywood liberals." Whether that's true or not, the film has to be judged solely by it's own value. Tim Robbins has done some very good... Full review

This movie was long, drawn out, somewhat boring and awkward. It left me scratchy my head with many unaswered questions. Why choose Dave(Robbins) to kidnap? Why not kidnap them all? What happened during the few days he was gone? Rape? Beatings?... Full review

The brilliant (or infuriating, depending on your stance) thing about this movie is how it moves in one direction....He probably deserves a lot more nods for his great work, but for the sake of symmetry here's five of Eastwood's best and worst.....I used to hate, hate, hate the ending to this movie....Despite my mixed feelings on Invictus , my man Clint is still one of the best and brightest working in the industry..... ...
