Arguably, "Memento" suffers from its technique and trick-ending.
Memento" may be critiqued for being a one-trick pony, though this DVD is a testament of its lasting contribution to cinematic technique.

Ghajini is a re-imagining of Christopher Nolan's Memento (although its makers refuse to acknowledge this source), about a formerly wealthy CEO who suffers from short-term memory loss after a gang boss attacked him and murdered his girlfriend.

Memento is a satisfying edgy interlude that triggers the key to the door of our own imagination.
From the very first images of a murder site polaroid which is followed by the killing itself played in reverse, Christopher Nolan's film is a juicy treat at every turn.

So in the end, Memento is a fantastic movie.
There is a lot of drama in this film and its good to see that we have a character so full of sh*t, that he still makes us laugh.

The film runs in short (3-5 minute) segments of Leonard's experiences, but in reverse order.
Though he has moved on to bigger projects since then, most notably the new Batman series, Nolan's talent as a director shined earlier on in his career with Memento.
