The film has amazing dialogues and extremely identifiable characters.....The two songs are unwanted distractions in the plot.....The director succeeds in maintaining a lighthearted graph for most of its running time.....Also towards the end, several sub plots hamper the smooth flow of the narrative.....At its heart Chintuji is a simple tale about good values..... ... Konkana Sen's performance in the movie completely overshadows the performance of dumb and beautiful Isha Sharvani (I don't remember her character's name) who is yet another struggling actress....Neither the story nor the presentation iof 'Luck By Chance' seems extraordinarily appealing.....Yet, realistic performance and portrayal by both the protagonists and a few worth watching moments with an exhilarating ending holds the movie together.....The first half of the movie seems absolutely dragging and boring. ...
