The great action flick with a good plot and breathtaking movie is sure to rock at the box office.....the fourth part has been directed Len Wiseman, who has successfully rendered a good film, indeed the best Die Hard film.....The chemistry between Long and Willis is perfect.....Justin Long is good..... ... No, "Live Free or Die Hard" really isn't necessary, but I guess don't tell that to Willis, who makes you forget that it has been over a decade since we last saw him play what is probably his most famous role.
Except for the bald head, Willis plays the same old character who eggs on his enemies with clever quips and spouts off cheesy but funny lines whenever a foe is killed.

The original film is an action masterpiece and the follow-ups are fairly beloved, so adding a fourth movie to the series was a bit risky.
Though LFODH was a huge financial success, the film unfortunately betrays everything that was great about the original trilogy.

Known for his work in " Underworld " franchise, Len Wiseman has delivered a blockbuster hit with the fourth installment of "Die Hard" series making " Live Free or Die Hard " to be the most successful movie from the franchise.
Having proved his talent in tackling the action genre feature film, it would be right to trust the filmmaker with another high-octane action film, and that just exactly what New Line Cinema do.

The rest of the cast fits well, including Maggie Q as the sexy but deadly henchwoman and Kevin Smith as the paranoid uber-hacker.
Both actors have good dramatic chops but keen senses of comedic timing.

It's a greater concern that this new John McClane has to self-censor his "Yippee Ki Yay" to earn a PG-13 rating.While Willis anchors the movie, he's been surrounded by an assortment of co-stars obviously geared towards helping "Live Free or Die Hard" skew younger.

This is completely your typical summer flick high on special effects and low on plausibility.
His right hand man Mai Lihn (Maggie Q), plays the heavy, with she and her crew taking out all of the hackers who unknowingly helped with the exception of Matt Farrell (Justin Long ).
