The best song of the film, Humko Kehna Hai however comes at a wrong time.....Kisaan is not a bad film and in a way a good modern day avatar of Manoj Kumar's Upkaar.....Technical aspects of the film are good....However the problem lies in some predictable sequences and the just touching of the surface of serious issues like farmer suicides.....Superb performances by Jackie and Sohail and some great emotional sequences make it nice watch..... ... Kisaan remains entertaining (with box office in sight) even as the film takes audiences to a family in an Indian village.....Kisaan would certainly be noticed and appreciated for its theme, treatment and performances.....There was a time period when actors were not seen in such roles but Jackie Shroff is inching towards playing such powerful and intense characters.....Though Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye, Jai Veeru and The Stoneman Murders didn't make any ripples this year, Arbaaz Khan is positive....He is a st ...
