Rip-roaringly funny which will keep you in splits all the time. Boman Iran is fantastic as a sleazy property dealer. Anupam Kher is great as usual. The music is also very memorable.

WOW a lovely movie. The story line is very different. This movie is for all ages and has a good story. It is based on how an honest person tries to build a house by trying to buy land and gets tricked. The story shows what all he goes through. Watch it to see if he is able to get his land back.
I would highly recommend you watch this movie.

Outstanding!!!
Outstanding!!!
Khosla ka Ghosla is one of the best films in 2006. But because of its simple cast, it has been underrated and has not got the recognition it deserves. In fact, before I went for the movie, I myself thought that this was a bore. It is a beautiful and realistic film. There is simple humour, which just helps in 'digesting' the plot. The good thing is that all the actors, (even the ones speaking just one or two dialogues) give a superb performance. Anupak Kher acts really well. I have no words to describe Boman Irani's...more

'Khosla Ka Ghosla' is a tribute to Hrishikesh Mukherji. Rightly so, as it's his kind of cinema. The late filmmaker would have loved to watch this film for sure! Inspired by a real life situation, everything about this film seems real. One comes across characters depicted in the film in everyday life, making them very believable. Another thing that one loves about the film is its assortment of characters. 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' becomes filmy in the second half but still is a lot of fun....more

Khosla Ka Ghosla is a film that has a plausible storyline, identifiable situations and characters in the film and it is also portrayed in an extremely witty and intelligent manner. The film is interesting mostly because it depicts the plight of the common man and this is quite identifiable with the audiences. It is an extremely simple film which does not have anything extraordinary nor does it depict the plight of the underdog, but what it does depict is the average common mans daily life struggle. This is what makes the movie different and a complete joy to watch, it...more

What happens when control freak Khosla is confronted with land shark Khurana? Rude reality check, a bit of major 'hera pheri', 'judicious' utilization of muscle-n-word power and lots of family bonding. Dibakar Banerjee's 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' is a middle-of-the-road cinema that successfully tackles the clash of values with the ruthless system. The character of Kamal Khosla (Anupam Kher) is a direct (And intelligent) lift from R K Laxman's famous 'Common Man' cartoon caricature that believes in honesty and gets flustered with the day-to-day trials-n-tribulations of life (Even his hair standing from the two sides above his hair resemble the Common Man)....more
