the film starts with 2 raj and bonny, bonny alwys places bets and loses to raj. Raj falls in love with neelam and poses as a woman to be with her. Sheetal is also a friend of neelams. They then plan a prank on sheetal's father, that she is kidnapped and they want 5 lacs. He gives the money but we find out that sheetal has been killed. All fingers point to neelam-raj-bonny. But it weren't them that killed her. So they dump her body in a boot and do one. She is found, the police start investigating, the 3 friends then search for the real killer to prove their innoncence. In the end we find out that the killer was neelams uncle, he intended to kill neelam to stop her inheriting the wealth off him once she turns 18, but killd shetal unknowingly.
