Khalnayika (1993)

long action film, the film is about sanju who is from a poor family and is attracted to wealth provided by the baddies. His family is unhappy about this and in a blackmail situation sanju's boss kills his sister and dad commits suicide. Sanju then turns fully evil and kills police officers on the assumption that they killd his sister. He then gets arrested by jackie, due to jackies neglegence he escapes and police are on the lookout for him. Madhuri a police officer loves jackie and as her choice goes after sanju to prove her love. Madhuri poses as a lap dancer for sanju's boss and sanju takes a liking to her, he takes her as a mistress on his run from the police. He fully well knows she is a cop and confronts her near to the intermission. Sanju loves his mum, he is seperated from her for 6 yrs and madhuri uses this to soften his heart. She also feigns feelings for him. Sanju fully falls for her and she tells him of her love, Jackie. So sanju gets angry and wants to be the biggest vilain. Jackie was sanju's school buddy in the past, and this also softens him. Jackie finds his mum, who was his teacher and returns her to him but she is disgraced of what he has become. In the end jackie gets to kno his boss ruined his family and jackie help to kill him. Sanju is on the run again whereas jackie and madhuri are badnaamed for associating with sanju. On the date of their court ceremony, sanju hijacks it and confesses to his crimes to let jackie and madhuri go free. Their rep is returned and sanju goes to jail long with his gang members. From a villain he turns into a nayak. I particularly like madhuri's performance in this film, one of the best ive seen from her, looking as beauiful as ever. Sanju also proves his place in bollywood.
