I noticed this listed in the TV section of the Sunday newspaper, and with its stars, and 2006 release date, assumed I'd missed it last year when it must have played theaters here, and I was out of the country... Full review

Rented this one because Susan Sarandon and Sam Neill were in the cast. Took a chance because could not see much else. The movie was reasonably entertaining but Sarandon who I almost always like did not seem at her best.... Full review

But for most of its length IRRESISTIBLE is an engaging and enjoyable experience, well written and directed by Ann Turner.....an unsettling film....The performances from Sarandon, Neill and Blunt are outstanding....it does, motherhood, guilt and the tenuous nature of family relationships....an impressive international cast.... ...
