Well, if you think this is just another take on Capote, you'd be wrong. The moment this movie opens up with Gwyneth choking up on her song, you are getting a fore-shadowing of things to come. You laugh alot, you care... Full review

It is really a shame that this movie has to lurk in the shadow of last year's excellent CAPOTE, because INFAMOUS is really a very good film. Toby Jones is actually perfect and fascinating to watch as Truman Capote (he's even... Full review

Watch Toby Jones swooning over Gwyneth Paltrow's embarrassing impersonation of Peggy Lee. See the new James Bond, aka Perry Smith, making out with Toby in a death row cell. You'll see things here you certainly didn't see in "In Cold Blood"... Full review

I found this version to be engaging maybe moreso than the 2005 movie which I also thought was excellent. The back and forth between the New York social scene and the Kansas drama seemed a lot more realistic and therefore entertaining.... Full review

I enjoyed this version of the story about Truman Capote's writing of "In Cold Blood" very much for its other angles. It seemed there were more details revealed and the story was more accurate than "Capote." It wasn't quite as haunting;... Full review
