I thought this was excellent....better than the first two Harry Potter movies combined and better than what has followed.. That's my feeling, and I'm still sticking to it. This was just great fun, right from the opening. In fact, the early... Full review

That is about the worst peice of ***** movie i have ever seen. this movie did not include the history of the marauders, and that means you wont understand the relationship between the 4 marauders until later, when they might finally... Full review

The third harry potter film is wonderful. It is virtually a huge brain teaser. The scenery is explisit. This movie also makes you think especially towards the end with the time mingling. If you enjoy a wonderful story about friendship, revenge,... Full review

I liked the first two Harry Potter films much better than the third. Yes, the third one has a better storyline, not to mention being my favorite book in the series, but I have to say that it was dissapointing. The... Full review

I just finished watching the new Harry Potter film. Keep in mind I am a huge fan of the books, but this movie was one of the worst translations I have ever seen. Major plot developments cut out completely, things added... Full review

The story was too fast, they cut out too many critical areas of the book - hated it. No explanation of who the 4 Marauder Map authors were, barely any Quidditch, even though there were 3 in the book, no flashback... Full review

In the end, Prisoner of Azkaban is a far stronger movie than its predecessors.....As usual, we see more talented British actors making appearance.....Stalwart character actors David Thewlis and Timothy Spall make their series debuts as well;....Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint have all grown into solid talents.....Emma Thompson shines in her brief moments as the wonderfully flaky divination teacher..... ... Gary Oldman is well cast as Sirius Black, the feared wizard against whose presence Hogwarts locks down in one of the shorter but most gripping scenes. Cuarón delivers sophistication to the storytelling, while the inventive special effects never seem like effects at all. ... Full Review

Everything we loved before about Harry Potter is back, together with a new energy. Buckbeak - the half-horse, half-eagle on whose back Harry takes a memorable flight - is a novel creature and there's a satisfying story twist when Cuarn takes us beyond the hands of the giant clock. ... Full Review
