Bloody-Disgusting
Emily Perkins and Katharine Isabelle are for real as well.....my visual side still can't get over how beautiful the film looks, my screenwriter side got a script that challenged me....Every facet of my personality was completely satisfied with this film:....I cannot begin to tell you how much I adored this film..... ... This is a slow and somewhat stilted period piece, nicely photographed by director Grant Harvey to capitalise on the spookiness of the remote terrain, but ultimately without much substance to accompany the good visuals. if this sounds like a good evening movie for you go out and get the wolf.....This movie was done with a small budget, incredibly lackluster special effects and in an easy to film area.....the dialogue was just that good.....characters I could relate to (I am not intrested in death but certainly can relate to being "left out"), gruesome scenes and the gloomy undercurrent of despair.....It's got originality, a good story.... ...
