It's hardly original action thriller material, and you can predict the storyline from the early stages of act one.
It delivers its promise of a tense and expensive thriller in which good guys and bad guys are clearly marked, there is not much to think about and plenty of Hollywood filmmaking to watch-n'forget.

But if Ford ever makes another movie as dumb as "Firewall," it could be curtains for his reputation.
Firewall" looks like harmless entertainment, but in reality it's a virus that needs to be quarantined before it reformats our memory of Ford's career.

Still, Firewall was a fun film in a certain manner.
While this wasn't miles above the HD-DVD counterpart, I would consider this Blu-Ray release of Firewall just as good as the HD-DVD release.

Firewall is just a great movie.It made me so anxious to find out what happens at the end
However this movie is not good for children under 12 years of age

a rental is being more generous than Firewall really deserves
Even recommending this bland, paint-by-numbers thriller
but if you caught Firewall theatrically and enjoyed it, I think you'll be very pleased with the way it looks on HD DVD.

Firewall is not a bad movie
At the same time, even the villain of the movie is transparent and tired.
The actor holds his own against Ford's caliber of superstar, and even makes the movie a little exciting from time to time.
