Fire close to Mehta's heart but script outshines movie....The film lacks flow, unfolding in a rat-a-tat series of short, artfully lensed scenes --....Mehta has made her best film to date....Of course, for any creator, it is one thing to locate your raw material and quite another to carve out an artistically honest shape.....she thinks smart and writes smart, yet her artistry still needs to catch up with her intelligence..... ...
