While it goes without saying that SRK will helm the cast of any K-Jo film, what comes as a pleasant surprise is that Kajol will team up again with SRK after many years.
Grapevine has it that the dusky beauty has agreed to act in the film.

Jatin-Lalit's music actually is better in the movie....Story and screenplay by Shibani Bhatija tends to be a bit implausible at times....should be edited out to make the film more solid.....and 'Mere Haath Mein' are both addictive and visually appealing songs in the movie.....Kajol looks more beautiful than ever.... ... After the movie, my first thought was 'hmm, not a bad movie - good time pass'.

Fanaa is gorgeously composed and photographed by cinematographer Ravi K. Chandran.
The industry has been thirsting for a good film that works at the box-office as well.
Fanaa is powerful and disturbing stuff.
A Yash Raj film is special.

This is where the film really fails.
Fanaa : Tiring yet interesting
Aamir Khan is as ever - studied , perfect to a fault and sincere.
To begin with Ravichandran's cinematography is excellent.

Further bolstered by a strong supporting cast, it is the contrived script that is the film's downfall.....Director Kunal Kohli should be glad Aamir and Kajol signed for this film, for there would be no film without them.....Featuring comedic one-liners, tear-jerking drama, romance, overblown action aplenty, and a generous dose of patriotic fervor, Fanaa is pure Bollywood in its most cliché-ridden form..... ...
