It's hard to imagine that a movie about a boy befriending an alien can have this much emotional depth. Of course, only Steven Spielberg could accomplish this feat. How original do movies get?... Full review

There is nothing special about this movie, its really boring, the plot is pretty generic and its very much over acted. I would have loved it had, in the last 2 minutes somebody would have walked up to ET and shot... Full review

E.T. liking Reese's Pieces, the science lab scene where the frogs escaped, E.T. disguising himself as a stuffed animal, the Halloween costume bit....The movie contained many humorous and memorable scenes that stuck with me over the years.....Priceless moments like these are what made viewers watch E.T. over and over again..... ...
