This is a horrible movie. This is one of the worst I have ever seen. Don't waste your time. Even the nude sceens with Julie Christie were not done well. It has no redeeming value. Bought this because of Julie Christie.... Full review

Visually, it's a marvelous film. The production quality is not always first rate, but the images burn into your memory. The gratuitous sex scene could have been cut. Venice has never cast such a moody spell on the screen.... Full review
