This is an amazing movie from director Kevin Smith. The story is pretty off-the wall but this movie is extremely funny. Chris Rock is hillarious and jay and Silent Bob are up to the same old stuff. Any kevin Smith fan... Full review

To be fair, it's just my personal taste, but I just don't find Kevin Smith that funny. I just can't figure out his brand of profane, comic book humor. But any movie that ticks off the Catholic Church immediately perks my... Full review

Though Smith tries to blow this off as nothing but yuks, "Dogma" still has quite a few things to say about the rules that shape today's religions--Roman Catholicism in particular. Loki (Matt Damon) the destroying angel decides that even smiting people in God's name is still morally reprehensible and decides to rebel. ... Full Review

But we feel the movie he wrote and directed is overwhelmingly homophobic, and there's a huge potential for a negative impact on gay people, particularly gay youth. Still, Seomin believes the satire will be lost on many of Smith's fans. ... Full Review

I want to get a nice transfer of the flick. ... Full Review
