While on DASVIDANIYA, the movie has seen huge critical acclaim and a reasonably decent start against a very formidable opposition like DOSTANA.
It seems like Pathak's on-screen persona of an affable character has really touched the hearts and given moist eyes to everyone

Dasvidaniyan is the story of Excuse me if I sound too poetic here, but yes watching Dasvidaniya is like eating warm marshmallows.
You will love it because there is more than 'just eating' to it.

A film which revolved around the 10 wishlists of Amar Kaul (Vinay Pathak) and the interesting hide and seek of his lilly dreams before he dies of cancer in 3 months.

The music of the movie is also unique, soothing and touching.....Although in some parts the pace of the movie is slow but that is fine....It's created brilliantly by the director with a simple but unusual script and excellent actors.....You should better watch the movie.....Brilliant actors, they are.... ... Neha Dhupia is first-rate as Amar's childhood crush.....A few flaws notwithstanding, 'Dasvidaniya' turns out to be an above-average, eminently watchable film....Rajat Kapoor is okay as Amar's friend.....Dasvidaniya' takes off very well but loses its gravity in the second half when a couple of uncalled-for deviations take the story off the course.....Saurabh Shukla is excellent in the role of Amar's gluttonous boss..... ... The theme is similar the treatment is different and the movie is very refreshing.
